NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 07-53 of Paul Appelblom in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a twenty-five percent reduction of the front setback on three merged parcels. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., March 20, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
