PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on November 5th City Council chambers, 14050 Olympic Dr., Clearlake, CA to consider the an application for a variance for the project described below:

The variance proposes to allow reduction of the width of a new single wide mobile home from the required fifteen (15’) foot minimum width to thirteen (13’-6”) feet six inches to be placed on a parcel due to the topography of the lot.

You are invited to come to the City of Clearlake Council meeting to ask questions or comment on the project. Information on the project is available at City Hall for review at the Community Development Department. Written comments may be submitted to the City Administrator on or before the meeting.
