NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 13-06 of Kevin Vallauri in accordance with Lake County Code to allow for the operation of an auto body and repair shop with automobile paint spray booth in an existing 4,000 square foot building.  

The property is located at 18195 Spruce Road Extension, Middletown, APN 014-410-18.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., June 26, 2013 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
