NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 12-01 and RZ 12-01 proposing a general plan amendment from Low Density Residential to Suburban Residential Reserve and a rezone from "R1-B3" Single-Family Residential – 20,000 square foot minimum parcel size to "SR," Suburban Reserve for property located at 8255 Point Dr., Kelseyville, CA, APN 044-331-24.
The purpose of this application is to enable the property owner to plant a vineyard.
The project applicant is Dennis De La Montanya.
The Planning Commission will consider a negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 12-10.
The proposed negative declaration and all documents referenced in it are currently available for review, and the staff report will be available for review ten (10) days before the hearing at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed negative declaration will start on June 6, 2012 and end on June 28, 2012.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on June 28, 2012 at 10:00 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
