NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a Minor Modification (MMU 11-07) to a previously approved Use Permit (Resolution 70-88) of Hidden Valley Lake Association in accordance with Lake County Code to allow the existing campground to be opened to the general public located at 19456 Hartmann Rd., and 19234 Hidden Valley Rd., Hidden Valley Lake, APN 141-361-02 & 141-291-30.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this Minor Modification with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., February 16, 2012.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
