NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a Minor Use Permit (MUP 11-10) to establish a small winery with a maximum annual production of 15,000 cases and up to 18 wine-related promotional events annually at 500 Old Long Valley Road, Clearlake Oaks (APN 006-012-43).
The project applicant is Clinton Jones.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration and conditions of approval are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this permit with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., February 16, 2012.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 22, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
