NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 10-20 of Hilda Lopez in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit to construct a single story 960 square foot addition to an existing 384 square foot detached accessory structure located at 9314 Bonham Road, Lower Lake, APN 012-035-15.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 2, 2012 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on February 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
