NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6 p.m., or soon thereafter, on April 19, 2011, at Clearlake City Hall, City Council chambers, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA to consider the approval for a variance described below:
The variance proposes to allow continued construction of a detached structure with loft within the 5 foot side yard setback. The project is located at 14708 Palmer Ave. The Assessor Parcel Number is 040-192-220. The applicant is Rebecca Whitmire.
