NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6 p.m., or soon thereafter, on April 19, 2011, at Clearlake City Hall, City Council chambers, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA to consider the approval for a use permit described below:

The use permit project proposes to use an existing building as church assembly. The project is located at 6000 and 6039 Crawford Ave. The Assessor Parcel Number is 041-323-18 and 19.

The applicant is Gary Logoteta, Crossroads Church.

You are invited to come to the Public Hearing to ask questions or comment on the project.
