Gene and Becky Bradley: Minor use permit for fence in front yard setback

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 11-01 for Gene and Becky Bradley in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six foot high fence in the front yard setback located on property at 10931 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake Park, CA, APN 036-311-04.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M March 3, 2011.


Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 9, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
