NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 10-19) of Frank Maxwell to allow for a 25 percent front yard setback reduction from 55 feet to 41.25 feet to the center-line of Hummel Lane, for the construction of an addition to an existing single family dwelling on property located at 2690 Bell Hill Road, Kelseyville, and further described as APN 008-048-32. The Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., September 30, 2010. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 6, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room “C” of the Community Development Department, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
