NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-31 of Margaret and Robert Loesch in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback along Clipper Lane. The property is located at 2685 and 2695 Clipper Lane, Lakeport, APN 044-401-24 and 044-401-25. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., November 19, 2009 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 25, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
