NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 07-26 of Michael Stewart to allow the replacement of a legal, nonconforming single family dwelling within the required front yard setback on property located at 10763 Pluth Lane, Clearlake Park, and further described as APN 036-263-34.  The Planner processing this application is Shelley Mills, who may be reached at (707) 263-2272 or by email at shelleym@co.lake.ca.us.

      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., July 5, 2007.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 11, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. in the office of the Community Development Director, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, Conference Room B, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
