Public Health Department to offer flu shots Jan. 30

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Due to increased Influenza activity this year, Lake County Health Services, Public Health Department will be holding a one day flu clinic on Tuesday, Jan. 30, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.

Appointments are required.

Vaccine supplies are extremely limited. Please call 707-263-1090 or 1-800-794-9291 for availability and to schedule an appointment, as walk-ins will not be able to be accommodated.

If you are an adult and have already received a flu vaccine this season, there is no need to receive another.
The requested donation is $2 per vaccine.

Flu vaccine is available in many locations, including doctors’ offices, health departments, pharmacies, as well as health centers and travel clinics.
