CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Community members are invited to a free lecture on women's heart health on Wednesday, Feb. 27.

The lecture, hosted by the Adventist Heart Institute, will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at St. Helena Hospital Clear Lake's Live Well Clinic, 15230 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake.

Heart disease kills more women each year than all forms of cancer combined.

Dr. Monica Divakaruni, a leading interventional cardiologist, will discuss what you can do to prevent heart disease.

She will explain how simple lifestyle changes can prevent cardiovascular disease and improve your overall cardiovascular health.
