KELSEYVILLE, Calif. — Kelseyville Unified School District encourages parents of 4- and 5-year-olds to enroll their children in transitional kindergarten or kindergarten now for the upcoming school year.
For the 2023-24 school year, students must turn five years old by September 1 to enroll in kindergarten and must turn five between September 2 and April 2 to enroll in transitional kindergarten.
“Don’t wait until August,” Assistant Superintendent Nicki Thomas said. “Get it done today.”
The California Department of Public Health requires California children to be vaccinated before attending public school.
