UKIAH, Calif. – The Mendocino-Lake Community College District Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 8.
The meeting will take place beginning at 5 p.m. in room 1060 in MacMillan Hall on the Mendocino College campus, 1000 Hensley Creek Road in Ukiah.

During the meeting, the board will recognize Mike Adams of Kelseyville, the college's longtime director of facility planning who retired in December.
Action items include an institutional self evaluation in support of reaffirmation of accreditation and board policy revisions relating to Board Policies 405 Library and 534 Student Grievance and Due Process.
There also will be informational reports regarding education and student services, administrative services, the Measure W Bond and constituent groups.
Vice President Virginia Guleff and Director of Distance Education Vivian Varela will give a report on distance education and the trustees will give their own reports.
There also will be a closed session to discuss one case of anticipated litigation.
The board's next regular meeting will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, at the Ukiah campus.
Board members include President Joel Clark; Vice President Paul Ubelhart; Clerk John Tomkins; trustees Edward Haynes, Joan M. Eriksen, Janet Chaniot and Dave Geck; and student trustee Kevin Leal.
