UPPER LAKE, Calif. – Students in the after school program at Upper Lake Elementary have been building LEGO robots with the help of volunteers from the Children's Museum of Art and Science (CMAS).
Students are enjoying the two-hour sessions and are gaining great skills in problem solving while being exposed to basic physics concepts.
The LEGO WeDo kits were purchased by CMAS in order to expose Lake County youth to basic robotics with a fun, hands-on approach.
