LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Lake County Child Care Planning Council, in coordination with the Early Learning Task Force at Lake County Office of Education, is hosting a formal input session for the California Comprehensive Early Learning Plan.
Child care providers, families and other interested parties are invited to participate and provide input to the State Advisory Council on Lake County priorities and needs regarding early childhood education.
The State Advisory Council is establishing a long-term vision for a coordinated early learning plan for the entire state of California.
California needs our perspective to help create a plan for young children (birth to age 5) to arrive at school well-prepared, healthy and ready to learn.
It is very important for the community to share ideas about what young children need from early learning and care programs.
