LAKEPORT, Calif. – Konocti Christian Academy, located on the Lake County Fairgrounds on Martin Street in Lakeport, has proudly begun its seventh year.

The school continues to offer quality Christian education for students in kindergarten through eighth grade, which includes challenging academics, high standards in character, Biblical training and a low teacher-to-student ratio.

Upcoming events for September include participation in the national “See You at the Pole” gathering on Wednesday morning, Sept. 28, as well as “Back-to-School Night” on Thursday, Sept. 29.

The school will kick off its “Renaissance of Reading" program that evening after joining together for a smoked turkey leg meal extravaganza.

This new program will be a forerunner to the school's annual “Renaissance Faire-Shakespeare in the Meadow” showcase to be held in May 2012.

 

The kindergarten/first grade class is full, but we still have a limited number of openings in the second through eighth grades.
