Lakeport Police have issued an advisory regarding planned road work. "Due to technical difficulties the 11th and So. Main St. resurfacing project has been postponed"

LAKEPORT, Calif. – The city of Lakeport's Department of Public Works is advising of paving construction taking place beginning on the evening of Sunday, Aug. 19.

Sacramento Zoo Grants Tuleyome $3,500

Tuleyome’s on staff Certified California Naturalists will set up and maintain the field equipment necessary to create track and photograph wildlife and build a baseline data base of the animal species that inhabit Tuleyome’s properties in and around the Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument, including the Silver Spur Ranch in Lake County. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA – The Sacramento Zoo’s Conservation Fund awarded Tuleyome with a grant for $3,500.
