Introductory mindfulness workshops venue changed and dates added

CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Local mindfulness teacher and author JoAnn Saccato regrets to announce that the planned free introductory workshops on mindfulness will not be available in person at Lake Family Resource Center in Clearlake as planned.

The workshops will still be available online via Zoom video conferencing software and two extra dates have been added.

"Given the rapidly changing conditions and the recent shelter in place order," explained Saccato, "we can't take any chances. But we have the ability to gather online that can support our health and wellness, thanks to video conferencing technology."

Additionally, because the workshop is available online, the dates that Saccato was slated to present the introductory workshops in Calistoga are now available for anyone to attend.

The 90-minute workshop takes place on Wednesday, March 25, and April 1, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The additional dates for the workshops are Tuesday, March 24, and Tuesday, March 31, at 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The workshop is now available live only through Zoom by visiting https://zoom.us/j/970507651 .

Attendees are encouraged to log on early in order to get familiar with the platform.

Preregistration is not required, but a stable internet connection is encouraged for optimum engagement.

For more information or questions on the workshop, visit www.MindfulAndIntentionalLiving.com or call JoAnn Saccato, MA, at 707-350-1719.
