Napa County modifies shelter at home order; county businesses to gradually open through state-guided process

NAPA, Calif. – On Thursday, Napa County reported it has modified its shelter at home order to reflect the state of California’s stay at home order and “Roadmap to Modify the Stay at Home Order,” permitting businesses to gradually reopen through a state-guided process.
