Greg was born in Redwood City, California, in August 1960 to Lonnie and Gayle Penn.

In 1972 his family relocated to Lucerne, California.

He was a 1978 graduate of Upper Lake High School.

In the early 1980s Greg moved to San Jose where he worked as a foreman for the Zip weatherization program. Upon moving back to Lake County Greg worked for Bennett Plastering and later in the air conditioning field.

Greg was a hard worker, very handy and could fix anything. He will always be remembered for his willingness to lend a hand and for his generous spirit.

Greg left this earthly realm on July 8, 2025.

He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Steve; sisters, Janet and Terri; niece, Andi; daughter, Abby; and his beloved “Nick-Nick.”

Survivors include his son, Matt; daughter, Allison; granddaughters, Rowan and Angela; grandson, Jonathon; his brother, Tim; his sister, Michelle; numerous nieces and nephews; and his brothers-of -the-heart, Bret Murdock, Paul Craig and Bill Mucci.

Fly high, Greg, until we meet again.

Dorian Jacob Wilder
May 7, 2003 - June 15, 2025

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — Dorian was an extraordinary young man that, as his wife aptly put it, “had a heart so big you wondered how he got through the front door.”

He had a soft spot for all the students he worked with at both Mountain Vista and Kelseyville Elementary after school programs. He truly did light up a room with his infectious smile when he entered it and his laughter did the same.

He was an avid golfer who truly loved the game. He spent as much time as he possibly could at Buckingham Golf Course where the Wotherspoon family elevated his skills and made the golf course one of his favorite places in the world.

When they weren’t golfing, he and Jackie spent time camping, boating, and everything outdoors with family and friends.

Dorian passed away unexpectedly June 15, 2025.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie; parents, Danielle Havrilla Wilder and Jake Wilder; and adoring sister, Delilah.

He was deeply loved by grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, inlaws and friends too numerous to list (though Tanner, Bobby, Daylyn, Elijah and Jonah were especially close) but who all knew he loved them with his signature and heartfelt “Love you” whenever he left your presence.

His memory will always make us smile, his absence will always hurt. “Love you too, D.”
