Debra Ann Miller

LUCERNE, Calif. — Debra lived in Lucerne and passed at the young age of 58.

She is predeceased by her parents, Bud and Diane, and her brother, Michael.

She is survived by her sister, Janice, and long-time boyfriend, Carlos Arroyo.

Debra enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, games and solving puzzles.

Friends are welcome to attend her celebration of life on Oct. 5 at Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino, 1545 Highway 20 in Nice from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
