CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Jerrold W. LaForce, 78, peacefully passed July 7, 2018, in Clearlake.

He was born April 21, 1940, in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

He was a Navy Vietnam veteran, serving his country from 1959 to 1965.

Jerrold was in the gaming industry for 50-plus years in Reno, Nevada, where he was a living legend as a professional jazz and swing drummer, and a pilot!

He retired to Lake County from Reno.

Jerrold was preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Jeanette Cagle.

He is survived by his wife, Robin LaForce of Nice, Calif.; his two sons, George and Jerry; his daughter, Samantha; his two step-sons, James LaForce and Joseph W. Clanto; six grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.

His spirit lives on in the air with every beat you hear.
