LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Winona Emily Cutter passed away on Sept. 3, 2018, at 85.

She passed peacefully at Sutter Lakeside Hospital of liver and heart failure.

Winona was born in Gilroy, Calif., in 1933 to the late Arthur and Madeline Munger. Her family moved to Kelseyville as a young child.

She married her high school sweetheart, Donald Cutter. Together they had two boys and a daughter. Winona had five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She enjoyed sharing her love of gardening with them.

Winona was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Cutter; ex-husband, Donald Cutter; and most recently her brother, Melvin Munger.

Graveside funeral service will be held at Kelseyville Cemetery on Monday, Sept. 10, at 11 a.m.
