LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Robert Michael Corning, son of Penny and Michael Corning, was born on Feb. 23, 1980, and left this earth on March 2, 2018.

In 1999 Robby graduated from Kelseyville High School, where he loved playing basketball and football. He also enjoyed BMX riding.

Robby served his country in the US Army, and was deployed to Afghanistan and Syria. He was honorably discharged in 2015.

He is survived by his sister, Maria Harrington of Oklahoma, and his parents, Penny and Michael Corning of Lake County.

Robby will be dearly missed and loved. Please, Great Spirit, guide him home.

Services will be held at the Northern California Veterans Cemetery in Igo on Friday, March 9. A Patriot Guard procession will begin at 10 a.m. with the service to take place at 11 a.m.
