On Nov. 19, 2017, Joseph Noel Ratto passed away peacefully, with family at his side, after suffering from complications of a stroke.

Born Dec. 25, 1938, Joseph grew up in Marin County, lived and worked in San Francisco, and for the past 35 years lived in Belmont, Calif.

Joseph is survived by his daughter, Angela Ratto; grandsons, Brendon, Mark and Parker; and granddaughter, Christine.

A memorial Mass will be held at St. Anselm’s in San Anselmo, Calif., on Dec. 28 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow.
