LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Jessie Colleen Brodnick passed away peacefully Nov. 12, 2017.

She was born August 22, 1928, to Colin and Jessie Baird in Vancouver, British Columbia.

She moved to San Francisco and married her high school sweetheart, Joe Brodnick, who was a San Francisco Police Department officer killed in the line of duty.

She moved to Lakeport and made it her home. She loved the country and having a good time.

Jessie leaves behind her children, Bob (Sharon), Colleen and Joey (Renee'); grandchildren, Nikki, Robby and Trae; three great-grandchildren; beloved brother, Allen and family; and many wonderful friends whom she so enjoyed.

Mom didn't care much for cats, but she sure did have nine lives. She's at home now dancing with loved ones and friends. She will be missed.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
