LAKEPORT, Calif. – A visitation will be held at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary on Thursday, Nov. 16, from 3 to 7 p.m. with Rosary service beginning at 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass is at St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Lakeport on Friday, Nov. 17, at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Ruben (Ines) Ballente, Rita (Tony) Castellanos and Dee (Fred) Briones; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Priscilla is predeceased by her husband, Juan Ballente; her daughter, Regina Ramirez; one grandchild; her parents, Edward and Virginia Elgin; and her siblings, Alberta Becerra, Florence Rodriguez, Lorraine Cruz and Mary Cabello.
