LAKEPORT, Calif. – Harvey passed away peacefully in the arms of his loved ones.
Funeral service will be held at Lakeport Christian Center, 455 S. Forbes St., Lakeport on Saturday, Sept. 23, at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Hartley Cemetery.
