LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Our dear mother, Brenda Louise Diaz, went home to her Lord, Jesus Christ, on Aug. 8, 2017.

She passed away suddenly from a brief illness.

Brenda was born Dec. 3, 1948, in Oakland, Calif., and moved to Clearlake in 1963.

She was a housekeeping supervisor at Konocti Harbor Inn.

Brenda has three sons, Richard (Mary) Diaz of Manteca, Robert Diaz of Winnemucca, Nev., and Ronald Diaz, Elgin, Ill.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rita and John Diaz, and a granddaughter, Jessica Diaz.
