LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Norma Bernice Webb, age 89, passed away on March 1, 2014, at 9:30 p.m.

She was born on May 11, 1924, in Antler, North Dakota.

Norma married her husband Hank Webb, a Marine, in Chicago, Illinois.

Hank returned from Korea in 1953 and they sold the soybean farm in Virginia and bought a small bar in Oakland where they lived for four years.

They moved to Lake County and raised their son, Michael.

Norma worked for Southern Pacific Railroad and Redbud Hospital.

She is survived by her sisters, Alice and Joyce; brothers, Glen, Dole and Gene; and many nieces and nephews in California, Oregon and North Dakota.

She is resting peacefully at last and she will be missed.
