Bill Llewellyn was born Jan. 13, 1942 in Sacramento, Calif.
He graduated from Albany High School in 1958 and joined the Marine Corps in 1959 and served until 1962.
He entered UC Berkeley in 1962 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1965. He worked for Bechtel as an Electrical Engineer for 14 years.
Bill met his wife MinSook and they were married May 14, 1980. After their marriage they moved to Lake County, Calif., where they enjoyed many happy years together. On Dec. 13, 1996, their twin sons Eddie and Joey were born.
Bill is survived by his wife MinSook, sons Eddie and Joey, sister Sally Llewellyn Hankins and nephew David Hankins.
Bill served 15 years as a fire board director with the Lower Lake Fire Protection District and the consolidated Lake County Fire Protection District.
Bill was diagnosed with cancer in April 2012 and passed away Jan. 3, 2013.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held for Bill at 11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, at the Lake County Fire Protection District Fire Station, 14815 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, Calif.
