Health fair organizers offer thanks for community support

A big thank you to all who participated in this year’s Health Fair, For the Community By the Community, on Sunday, Oct. 13.

They included: St. Helena Hospital, Kari Donley, Lynn Jordan, Jon Minadeo, Carol Bevins, David Schmitz, Theresa Schmitz, Michelle; Pacific Union Students Daniel Schmitz, Vanessa, Daniel Lee, David Sur and Lan Tangonan; South Lake County Fire including Forestry and REACH, Dave Miinch, Pete McGee, Todd Fenk, Dean McGrath, Jordan Hale, Logan Pridmore, Jack Barker, Kim Miinch (REACH) and Mandy Huff.

There also were awesome booths, including The Spot Juice Bar, John and Lia Jennings; Chef Steve; HUM, Cassandra Auker and Bart Hawkins; hydrotherapy, Donelle and Richard Stevens; Body By Vi, Jamy Felber, Mia Hopper with Wyatt; Mental Health, Heather Calkins and Jennifer Brown; Villa Barone, Deb Lapari; Lake Family Resource Center; prayer booth, Haije Velasco; Pathfinders, Judy Powell; kid’s booth, Tom Amado, Rebecca Bevins, Sonya Young and Alicia Jimenez; The Seventh-day Adventist school, Lottie Cline.

In addition, thanks for the welcome, Byron Duerksen; set-up, Joe Felber, Evan Witzel, Brian and Cyndee Westenrider; and the media for getting out the info, Elizabeth Larson, Mandy Feder and Theresa Sanders.

Thanks also to the community for coming out and spending a great day with us!

The Adventist School would also like to thank the kids, parents, community and St. Helena Hospital for the walk-a-thon donations and support. Sharon Erickson, you are quite a walker!

Bill Cude, Ruth Witzel and Jacque Felber organized the health fair this year in Middletown, Calif.
