KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – The Unitarian Universalist Community of Lake County invites you to an advance care planning workshop on Sunday, June 2, at 1 p.m.
The workshop will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Kelseyville United Methodist/Unitarian Universalist Church social hall, located at 3810 Main St.
The Lake County Coalition for Advance Care Planning, under the direction of Hospice Services of Lake County, will lead the workshop.
Provided at the workshop will be directives, professional consultation, coffee and cookies. Hospice promises the workshop will be interesting, useful and inspiring. Hospice says, “Give your family a gift … plan in advance.”
