Brown is an accomplished horsewoman and trainer and former apprentice to horseman Mark Rashid.
She has conducted in-depth training with Maureen Rogers of Equine Craniosacral Workshops.
This gentle and subtle technique can be highly effective in addressing and relieving a number of conditions in the horse, including both acute injuries and chronic conditions.
More specifically, craniosacral work can be beneficial for head traumas, head shaking, temporal mandibular joint dysfunction) issues caused by ill-fitting tack, pullbacks, kicks, falls, dental issues, cribbing, lameness, emotional and behavioral problems, sore backs and overall restoration of balance in the equine athlete.
Pain issues from any of the above mentioned issues can cause a horse to develop varying compensation patterns.
The April 20 session is limited to five to six horses. Each session is 90 minutes long, $100 per session which includes photographs.
