CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Lake County Republican Women Federated April 13 luncheon and meeting will be held at Howard's Grotto Restaurant, 147321 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake.

The luncheon will begin at 11 a.m. The menu is chicken picata or chef's salad.

The speaker will be Brad Dacus, founder and President of Pacific Justice Institute, a law organization that represents, pro bono, clients such as families and religious organizations when their constitutionally guaranteed freedoms are threatened.

Dacus has appeared on many television shows such as ABC's Good Morning America and the Bill O'Reilly Factor.
