KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Realtor Ray Perry was named the 2013 Realtor of the Year by the Lake County Association of Realtors (LCAOR) at its recent installation dinner, held at the Buckingham Community Center in Kelseyville.
Perry was presented the award by incoming LCAOR President Rick White.
White shared the reasons that Perry was named Realtor of the Year, including Perry serving the association in various capacities, including being chairman of the legislative and MLS committees, and as president in 2012.
Perry also has been involved in community activities through his company, CPS Country Air Properties, and his church, Grace Evangelical Free Church in Kelseyville.
He has assisted in the annual Realtor CanTree, the Bass Bowl, and organized the Grace Harvest Car Show.
Perry became a Realtor in 1998 with CPS Country Air Properties. He obtained his brokers license in 2010. He has closed over 600 transactions in his career, including 105 closed sides in 2005, which ranks 8th in all time annual production in Lake County.
Since 2000, he has contributed articles to the Record Bee related to local real estate trends and statistics.
