LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Bob Bartley Pump Inc. is celebrating 25 years in business in 2013.

“We want to thank everyone who has made our business a success,” President Jeanette Bartley said.  “We would not be here if it was not for you and again thank you.”

On March 1, 1988, Bob Bartley opened his business, Bob Bartley Pump Distributing, as a sole proprietor at Industry West, an industrial park in Santa Rosa.  

The company has been a water and sewage pump distribution business with a wide array of pumps and related products serving retail and wholesale markets both residential and commercial in Northern California.    

Bob, who has more than 40 years experience and grew up in the pump business with his family, specializes in the wastewater treatment system industry.  

Bob Bartley Pump Inc. provides wholesale sales to mostly contractors, wineries and government agencies.

In 1994, Bob Bartley and his wife, Jeanette, purchased a home in Lake County where they started all the administrative and office related work out of their home.  

As the company expanded, Bob Bartley hired his son for over the counter sales/shipping and receiving at the Santa Rosa warehouse, and later the business moved in December 2003 to a larger space, but stayed in the same industrial park in Santa Rosa.

In April 2004, Bob Bartley Pump Inc. incorporated and Jeanette Bartley became the president, who oversees the operations and administrative duties of the business, and Bob handles the daily operations of the warehouse in Santa Rosa, sales, job bids/quotes, pricing, ordering product and speaking engagements at seminars.

Bob Bartley Pump, Inc. belongs to business related organizations. The company is a member of North Coast Builders Exchange. For the past couple of years, Jeanette was a board director with the Lake County Chamber of Commerce and for the last two years, event committee chairperson.  

Currently, Jeanette Bartley is the president for the Kelseyville Business Association fulfilling a second term. Also, the company is an affiliate member with Lake County Winegrape Commission.

Throughout the years in Lake and Sonoma County, the company has sponsored many events with Lake County Chamber of Commerce and charity organizations and donated money to many nonprofit organizations.
