LAKEPORT, Calif. – Savings Bank of Mendocino County said its newly constructed Lakeport branch will open on Monday, Dec. 5.

The new branch is located in the heart of downtown Lakeport at 290 S. Main St., just down the street from the bank's current location.

The Lake County Chamber of Commerce will host a grand opening for the new bank from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12. The ribbon cutting will take place that day at 12:15 p.m. There also will be refreshments and door prizes.

The new Lakeport branch represents Savings Bank’s long-term commitment to serving the Lake County community.

Customers will enjoy the added convenience of drive-thru banking and the continued availability of ATM and personal in-branch service as well as online.

Regarding ATM service, please plan accordingly; the ATM will not be available at either location on Friday, Dec. 2. They anticipate availability at the new location on Saturday, Dec. 3.

The hours of operation at the new Lakeport branch location will be:

• Lobby: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.

• Drive-thru: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.
