UKIAH, Calif. – The Mendocino College Choir and Vocal Jazz Ensemble invite you to their free performance “Imagine ... Dreams” on Monday, May 14, at 7:30 p.m in the Center for Visual and Performing Arts Center Theatre.

From Billings, to Brahms, to the Beatles, the concert will highlight choral music organized around the theme of imagination and dreams.

Directed by Janice Hawthorne Timm, the featured choral masterwork is “Hymn to St. Cecilia” by the 20th century English composer, Benjamin Britten.

The show will feature many shorter choral works that are either a capella (unaccompanied) or have only a piano accompaniment.

Mendocino College is located at 1000 Hensley Creek Road, Ukiah.
