Middletown Art Center plans ‘Painting Resilience’ March 17

“New Seeds” by Sage Abella.

MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – Middletown Art Center is offering “New Seeds,” an intuitive painting class, this Saturday, March 17, from noon to 5 p.m.

Adults and children ages 12 and up are encouraged to join for just $5 as part of the Resilience Project.

“Nature teaches us there is a guaranteed re-seeding. It starts very quietly, and close to the ground. When fire happens we can’t know what new life will arise; sometimes species that haven’t been in the area for years are awakened,” explained artist, instructor and wilderness guide Sage Abella. “That’s true in our inner landscape, too. What inner seeds are awakening in you?”

The class is appropriate for those with no painting experience as well as professional artists and every level in between.

”All the beautiful colors of paints with supplies are available and waiting for you!” added Abella. “It’s all about finding and following our creative threads.”

Pre-registration is required as the class fills quickly. Reserve your spot at www.middletownartcenter/org/resilience or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
