Singer/songwriters benefit planned for May 22

COBB – The Cobb Mountain Artists and Moore Family Winery are hosting a singer/songwriters benefit with all proceeds to be donated to the art programs of local area schools.


The event will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 22, at Moore Family Winery, 11990 Bottle Rock Road, Cobb.


Ticket prices are $10 adult, $8 teens, $5 for 12 and under.


Locally featured singers are John Jennings, Greg Rogers, Scott Ferguson, Robert Stark, The Swelas – Mary, Liz, Clare, and Johnny – with an opening set by Dennis Purcell.


Come for an afternoon of pleasurable listening to Cobb Mountain musicians perform their brilliant, original acoustic music.


Tickets are available for purchase at Mountain High Coffee in Cobb, Middletown Florist and Gifts, Perlz in Kelseyville,The Loch Lomond Market, The Moore Family Winery (weekends only) and at the event.


The event will be outside on the grass, so bring a blanket and/or low-backed chairs and food and drink.


Student art as well as art by Cobb Mountain Artists will also be on display.
