LAKEPORT – On Friday, March 19, The Lost Boys played to standing room only at Konocti Vista Casino’s Club Konocti venue.

The crowd of over 300 screamed, cheered and sang along as the young band blasted out their songs.

The boys in the group range from 16 to 18 years of age and originally came together at Lakeport High School.

Konocti Vista Casino had the honor of hosting this terrific local band that made a name for themselves last summer playing as the support act at Konocti Harbor.

“On behalf of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians I want to say how pleased we were with the success of this event and that it serves as an example of our commitment to providing a safe and friendly environment for all visitors. We look forward to hosting more exciting events in the future. ” said Anthony Jack, tribal chief executive officer.

This event goes hand in hand with the tribal commitment to nonviolence and the recent opening of the Big Valley Rancheria, Social Services Department.

In the lead up to the concert award-winning Executive Chef Ben Larimer set up “The Blazing K,” his new monster mesquite-fired barbecue, and offered a range of delicious meals and snacks.

“The Blazing K” is available for private catering and Ben is developing a complete catering service that will serve your needs from finger food and flip flops to cordon bleu and black ties.

The superb concert went off without a hitch and everyone who attended had a great time.

Konocti Vista Casino will be hosting a diverse range of entertainers at Club Konocti over the coming months and the overwhelming success of The Lost Boys concert provides positive encouragement that these events will be equally successful.
